The Fifth Annual National Buffalo Wing Festival took place September 2-3, 2006, Labor Day weekend, at Dunn Tire Park in Buffalo, NY, home of the Buffalo chicken wing.
Drew Cerza's legendary Wing Fest went off before Ernesto hit and Chip Simpson rocked Dunn Tire Park, inning with 158 Buffalo Wings. Humble Bob Shoudt and Sonya Thomas tied for 2nd. Arturo Rios rounded out the top four.
