Jimmy John's Freaky Fast Sandwich Makers vs Eaters Contest

Location: Dallas, TX
Date: 10-03-2010

Who do you think will win? Tell us!

The Jimmy John's Freaky Fast Sandwich Makers finally met their match at Denver's Mile High Music Festival, suffering their first ever loss at the hands of Team MLE - 25.5 sandwiches eaten to 25 made. Up until this defeat in Denver, Jimmy John's had reigned supreme over any and all Major League Eating teams assembled to face the fastest sandwich makers in the world.

Jimmy John's will have their first chance at redemption on Sunday, October 3rd at the State Fair of Texas when a new team of JJ's Sandwich Makers step up to the assembly line to challenge Major League Eating's Joey Chestnut, Pat Bertoletti and Dallas' own Nathan Biller.

The pressure is on Team MLE to repeat with the new faces. Although Chestnut came within a few bites of upending the Jimmy John's sandwich makers earlier this year in Seattle, Bertoletti is the only one who knows what it takes to beat the JJ's Sandwich Making juggernaut. Biller will have his hometown fans in attendance as he competes for the first time in a Jimmy John's Freaky Fast contest.

This contest will take place at 1:00pm from the State Fair of Texas on Sunday, October 3rd.
