Major League Eating will kick-off it's annual Iowa Isle of Capri tour again in 2012 when it visits Rhythm City Casino in Davenport on Saturday, March 24th for The 3rd Annual Rhythm City World Catfish Eating Championship!

A $2,500 prize purse will be on-the-line as the world's best eaters descend upon the Quad Cities to feast upon fried catfish in the 10-minute world championship event.

Sonya Thomas' World Record of 6.5 lbs set in 2010 was short lived when Chicago's Pat "Deep Dish" Bertoletti bettered her mark by a pound last year to claim the record for his bib sheet.

Will we see a new record in 2012?...only time will tell as the world awaits The 3rd Annual Rhythm City World Catfish Eating Championship!
