More than 4,000 watched as Patrick Bertoletti, aka Big Shoulders, won his first IFOCE event by downing 21.5 grilled cheeses.
Florida's top-ranked eater, Jammin' Joe LaRue came in second with 18, and T. Brown did 15 for third.
