Crawfish @ French Quarter Festival - Registration Opens at 1pm

Major League Eating will be heading to New Orleans French Quarter Festival again in 2010...this time featuring Crawfish courtesy of Rouses Markets. The event will take place on Saturday, April 10th to determine the World Crawfish Eating Champion. A total cash purse of $2,000 will be on the line.

Registration is set to open on IFOCE.com this afternoon (March 25th) at 1:00pm EST.
