Bertoletti back at #2; Several Newcomers Crack top-50 in new World Rankings

Pat Bertoletti is back as the #2-ranked eater in the world, taking over the spot held by Bob "Notorious B.O.B." Shoudt for the past six months. Since May, Bertoletti has racked up seven victories and bested Shoudt four of the six times the two have met at the table.
Some jockeying also occurred just outside the top-10 with Sean "Flash" Gordon moving up two spots to the #12 position, Adrian Morgan jumped three spots to #14 and Pete Davekos moved four spots to #15 in the world.
Several newcomers now find themselves in the top-50 after impressive summer campaigns. Highlighting the new crop of ranked Major League Eaters are Brian Dudzinski (#24), Aaron Osthoff (#31), David Solomon (#32), Gary Klucken (#33), Kobi Bauer (#36) and Larell Marie Mele (#38).
Joey Chestnut remains as the world's #1 eater.
