Niko Niko's Gyros Moved to Sunday, May 15

Major League Eating has announced that the Niko Niko's World Gyro-Eating Championship has been moved to Sunday, May 15th at 2:00pm. The event was previously scheduled for Saturday, May 14th. All other detail of the event remain the same including the $4,000 cash purse on-the-line.

The event is part of Houston’s Annual Festival of Greece. Niko Niko's owner Dimitri Fetokakis and his family have been long time supporters of the festival. The Festival of Greece, now celebrating its 15th anniversary, is a four-day event that features fine homemade Greek food & deserts, Greek wine & beer, Greek folk dancing, Greek shops, vendor booths, children's food, and a large children’s play area.
