Ron Koch

For a long time, Ron Koch was an enigma to the competitive eating community, a quiet man who ate silently, but with great intensity. At one event he wore goggles, presumably to protect his eyes from flying food debris. Fans tried not to read too much into this. Recently coming out of retirement, Koch has once again established himself as an eater with great depth and significant potential.
